We are BIG animal lovers around here, and whole heartily believe that it is our responsibility as human beings to protect and care for all animals. This year on #GivingTuesday, we encourage you to support some of our favorite animal rescue and rehabilitation organizations that we know are making a major imapact, and who are using all of their funds to do outstanding work.

NEW YORK BULLY CREW — New York Bully Crew is a 501c3 not-for-profit rescue organization founded in December 2010. Though based on Long Island, NYBC’s outreach is nationwide. They specialize in rescuing Pitbulls, however no animal in dire need of rescue is turned away.

THE HUMANE SOCIETY — The Humane Society of the United States is the nation's most effective animal protection organization. They and their affiliates provide hands-on care and services to more than 100,000 animals each year, and have professionalized the field through education and training for local organizations.

THE GENTLE BARN —  At The Gentle Barn they stand up for the innocent, and they help animals and children alike remember that they matter. They open people’s hearts to the connections with nature. They open people’s minds to what is happening around them. And they inspire people to be an integral part of the solution. Through the stories and interactions with their animals, they aim to raise future generations to have reverence for all life, protect our planet, live good healthy, happy lives.
